In order to comply with the CGS Faculty Handbook and important accreditation standards set out by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, all presenters must complete or note the following:
If you have been selected to present an oral abstract presentation, we ask that you pre-record your presentation. Your presentation must be 6 minutes in length to allow sessions to stay on time. A live 2-3 minute Q&A session will take place following your presented pre-recorded talk. For further instruction on how to pre-record your session, please click here.
Each oral abstract concurrent session is 60 minutes in length, with 6 presenters per session. A detailed list will be provided soon which includes the order of presentations.
In order to prepare for accreditation all speakers must complete the above steps #1 through #4 no later than March 31, 2021. Please submit a PDF copy of your presentation with your recording.
You must email your final pre-recorded presentation and PDF copy to email@example.com no later than Wednesday, April 28.
