2016 CGS Annual Scientific Meeting Delegate Registration

This program has been accredited by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the British Columbia Chapter for up to 17.5 Mainpro-M1 credits.

This year, the conference will be held in downtown Vancouver from April 14 to16 at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre. The 2016 conference theme is, Environments for Aging: From Health Promotion to End of Life.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be accepted on or before March 31, 2016 (less administration fee). No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 31, 2016. Substitutions may be made at any time. No liability is assumed by CGS for changes in program, date, content, speakers, venues or cancellation of the event.
