  3. Submit a short speaker biography (2-3 sentences for introduction purposes) when filling out your COI form.
  4. The total webinar length is 60 minutes. A minimum of 25% of your presentation must be interactive.

SUBMITTING YOUR PRESENTATION
DUE 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED WEBINAR

Please send a copy of your final presentation in a PowerPoint and PDF format to events@secretariatcentral.com no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled webinar. Do not forget to include the required CFPC disclosure slide at the beginning of your session. Declarations must be verbalized at the start of your presentation.

If your files are too large to be sent via email, we recommend you upload them to an external source for sharing i.e., Dropbox.

When emailing your files, please ensure that your file title contains your full name (ex. Talk Title-John-Doe).

    • Speaker presentations will be made available to delegates in the PDF format in a private area of the CGS website after the webinar. If you do not wish to have your presentation shared as a PDF post-conference, you must opt out.
    • Video recordings of all presentations will be available to registrants after the conference.
