        Workshops:

        1.  Pharmacy cascades: The average 81 years-old patient takes about 15 different medications, many of them being no longer needed or causing serious adverse effects. With the help of two pharmacists specialized in geriatrics, learn how to identify potential drug-related problems and get initiated to the art of deprescribing.
        2. Geriatrics emergency: get some tips and advice on how to assess the older patient in the emergency department context. Learn to recognize atypical presentations and red flags in the elderly patient, interpret clinical findings in light of normal age-related changes and detect potential elder abuse.
        3. Functional relay: Feel how it is like to have cataracts, hearing impairment or severe osteoarthritis the time of an obstacle course where your will feel totally depend of your fellow caregiver. The refreshment you will get after completion of the race might not be as rewarding as you think...
