*Please note, early bird registration ends on March 6, 2022. Online conference registration ends on March 31, 2022.

• Payment by Mastercard or VISA is available for online registrations.
• Cheque - please make all cheques payable to ‘CGS’ and mail to: 20 Crown Steel Dr Unit #6, Markham, Ontario, Canada, L3R 9X9.
  
  

Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel your registration, the deadline to cancel is March 24, 2022. Registrations will be refunded less a $100 admin fee. No refund requests will be accepted after March 24, 2022. 

Virtual Event Terms and Conditions: 

• 2022 CGS ASM meeting login information is intended for your use only. Sharing your login credentials is strictly prohibited. Login details will be emailed to you no less than 24 hours prior to the event.
• Session recordings will be available to all registrants 7-10 business days after the live broadcast.
• No liability is assumed by the CGS, for changes in program dates, content, or speakers, cancellation of the event, and/or technical difficulties.
• Any form of recording the live sessions by participants is strictly prohibited.
• You are expressly restricted from all of the following:
• • Publishing any event material in any media;
  • Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any event material.

Technical Requirements:
The 2022 CGS ASM can be viewed on any PC, MAC or mobile device. We highly recommend that you perform an internet connection speed test before joining.

Recommended bandwidth for webinar attendees:

• 600 kbps/1.2 mbps (up/down) for high quality video and for gallery view: 1.5 mbps/1.5 mbps (up/down)

Please confirm that the device you will be using to attend the ASM  meets the minimum technical requirements. We will not be able to issue refunds due to technical issues experienced due to a poor internet connection or your equipment not meeting the technical requirements.
